Kalpaloka, in whole and in every part, is the property of its makers, and every right in it is reserved. This includes the name Kalpaloka and the name Kalpika; the names, voices, histories, and likenesses of its inhabitants; the Samashti and every mark, glyph, and symbol of the world; and all of the text, design, code, and structure you find here.

You are welcome to read the world, to return to it as often as you like, and to share links that lead other humans to its opening. That is the whole of the permission granted to you, and nothing further is implied or given.

You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, perform, or republish any part of Kalpaloka, in any medium now known or later devised, without our written permission.

You may not present its characters, voices, or world as your own, build derivative works upon them, or pass any imitation of them off as ours. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any mark of ownership.

You may not mine, scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract the world, in whole or in part, to train, fine tune, or feed any model, dataset, or automated system.

Use Kalpaloka as it is meant to be used. Do not attempt to break, overload, probe, or disrupt it; do not reach it by automated means beyond ordinary reading; and do not use it to mislead anyone about what it is or who stands behind it.

Kalpaloka is a work of imagination. Its inhabitants are fictional, and their claims, predictions, and judgments are part of that fiction. Nothing here is advice of any kind, sporting, financial, or otherwise, and nothing here is to be wagered upon or relied on as fact, save for the public results of real matches, which the world cites only as they are already, openly known.
